Job summary

Frontline Source Group – Nationwide Staffing & Executive Search seeks an HR Manager in San Antonio, TX. The role is a direct hire, hands-on HR partner supporting ~130–140 employees.

You will advise managers on performance, handle employee relations, onboarding, training and HR compliance, and coordinate background checks and hiring processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience preferred.
• Hands-on employee relations experience required.
• Experience advising managers on performance and workplace concerns.
• Experience with onboarding, training and HR compliance.
• Ability to manage high volume of HR questions and issues.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on HR support for ~130–140 employees.
• Partner with managers and employees as a visible HR resource.
• Advise on employee relations, performance, disciplinary matters and investigations.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding and background checks.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation and required training.
• Track training requirements and maintain HR records.
• Support policy guidance, procedures and employee questions.
• Assist with accommodations and other employee support matters.
• Contribute to performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Support compensation analyses, salary surveys and job description updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies and state/federal employment requirements.
