Qualifikationen

• Four year degree in a job-related field from an accredited college or university required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years progressively responsible human resources/generalist experience required.
• Experience in Higher Education environment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conducts employee and recreation club member investigations in accordance with A.S. policies and procedures.
• Resolves employee disputes and grievances fairly and efficiently.
• Coordinates engagement events and activities to improve employee experience including serving as the Chair of the employee engagement committee and contributing to the employee newsletter.
• Conducts employee assessments and surveys and reviews results with leadership, identifying areas for opportunity.
• Ensures the performance management cycle timelines and evaluations are followed and tracked.
• Coordinates community success planning and training for all employees on a semi-annual, annual, and as-needed basis.
• Researches and implements strategies to foster A.S. Community Success goals and initiatives.
• Reviews current practices to ensure alignment with Community Success plan and inclusive language policies.
• Supports annual review of the Community Success plan and student leader assessment survey.
