Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Prior payroll processing experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations issues and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct internal audits for compliance with state and federal laws.
• Oversee payroll submissions and benefits administration.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
• Maintain Employee Handbook and ensure regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve employee concerns.
