The role owns full-cycle recruiting for Florida, Texas, and regional sales roles, plus employee relations, onboarding, performance management and development, and policy compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience as an HR Manager or in a related senior HR role.
• Ability to manage payroll, onboarding, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for all roles, from posting to first-day onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, ensuring accurate records.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration across multiple states.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management and development.
• Ensure HR policies are current and compliant with federal/state law.
• Track HR metrics and report to leadership.
