Job summary

Steel Fabricators LLC in Florida is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead staffing, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations.

You will ensure compliance with policies and regulations, develop programs to improve retention, and manage the interpretation of HR data. This on-site role requires strong communication and HR systems expertise.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in HR and 5+ years' experience; PHR/SPHR is a plus; bilingual skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 5+ years HR experience.
• Proficient in multiple HR software systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing levels and recruit, interview, and select employees.
• Coordinate new employee orientation.
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Develop programs addressing turnover and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
• Develops and maintains the DOT Driver certification program for their respective site.
