Transdev is seeking an HR professional to join its Sacramento-area operations in a hands-on, fully in-person role. You will partner with operations to address hiring, compensation, training, and disciplinary actions, while ensuring policy compliance and risk mitigation.

The position reports to the Division HR Director and offers growth within a large mobility organization. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree (HR/Business preferred), and professional

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of HR experience including recruiting, selection and employee relations.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Consults with operations management on HR issues related to hiring, compensation, training and development, disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Interprets and assists with the understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Manages compliance issues; identifies local compliance risks and mitigates them.
• Manages the hiring process including candidate screening, hiring, payroll, and leaves of absence.
• Liaises between unit and Division HR Director; mentors assigned employees.
