This role reports to the operations leadership and partners with clients and staff to build high-performing teams.

You will lead a branch HR team, manage end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, and training, oversee payroll-related tasks, stay compliant with state licensing and safety

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is required.
• Experience with hourly entry-level staff is required.
• SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
• Experience working with unions is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch HR team and supervise 1-3 staff.
• Drive recruitment to maintain a continuous applicant pool.
• Oversee onboarding and placement for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with training, licensing, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with managers on hiring needs and reporting.
