You will lead HR operations, coordinate recruitment, and develop programs that support our clients and staff across the market.

The role requires leadership of a branch HR team, experience with hourly staff and unions, and a strong focus on safety, benefits communication, and open enrollment processes.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources required.
• SHRM-CP is preferred.
• Experience managing hourly entry level staff.
• Experience working with unions is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch HR team and supervise 1-3 staff.
• Oversee recruitment to maintain applicant flow.
• Manage onboarding and placement of new employees.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and training.
• Coordinate communications with managers and client services.
• Oversee benefits communication and open enrollment.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety culture.
