Job summary

Atterro is hiring an HR Manager in Tucson, AZ to lead all HR operations, payroll, benefits, and compliance within a manufacturing setting.

The role requires 5+ years HR management experience, a relevant degree, and knowledge of HR laws. You will partner with leaders to drive engagement, culture, and talent development while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• Candidates with 6+ years of HR management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Lead all Human Resources operations, programs, and initiatives
• Manage bi-weekly payroll processing and ensure regulatory compliance
• Oversee employee benefits programs, open enrollment, and vendor relationships
• Maintain HR policies, employee records, and compliance reporting
• Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee relations matters
• Lead performance management, employee development, and coaching initiatives
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Develop compensation strategies and salary planning recommendations
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs
• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives
• Manage HR budgets, vendor contracts, and service providers
• Partner with leadership on safety programs, workers’ compensation, and unemployment administration
• Track HR metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Education Requirements
