Job summary

Talent Wave Associates in Toledo, OH is seeking a seasoned HR leader to shape workplace culture and drive people strategy. You will oversee HR operations, talent acquisition, benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee experience to raise the standard.

You will lead the People & Culture function, develop fair policies, manage full-cycle recruiting, handle employee relations, performance management, and HRIS reporting while ensuring legal compliance at all levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations with practical application experience.
• Proven experience managing compensation, benefits, and payroll.
• Skilled in full-cycle recruiting, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
