Job summary

T.D. Williamson is seeking an HR professional to partner with managers and departments to support engagement, development, retention, recruitment, compliance and compensation.

You will translate people data into actionable insights and help drive a positive, values‑driven workplace. Responsibilities include advising leaders on employee relations, implementing HR programs, and ensuring adherence to US labor laws across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR.
• Minimum of five years HR experience including employee or labor relations.
• Experience in manufacturing or services environment preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of US labor laws and employment practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across cultures and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day support to managers on employee development, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Executes HR programs to support the business with excellence, including onboarding, engagement and wellbeing.
• Partners with leaders to ensure employees meet goals and celebrate accomplishments.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; reviews policies to ensure compliance.
• Collaborates with total rewards, legal, finance, and other teams to drive continuous improvement.

Overview

Responsible for working closely with employees, managers and other departments to support engagement, development, retention, recruitment, compliance and compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Provides day to day support to managers on employee development and growth, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.


• Executes TDW HR programs to serve the business with excellence. Programs may include merit, talent review, onboarding, employee engagement and wellbeing.


• Partner with and coach business leaders to ensure employees are meeting company goals and objectives and that accomplishments are celebrated.


• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.


• Collaborates with total rewards, legal, finance, and other teams frequently to drive continuous improvement and solve problems.


• Provides leadership to administrative professionals meeting site and HR function objectives in a timely and accurate manner.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business related area of study, human resources preferred.


• Minimum of five (5) years of HR field experience including employee or labor relations.


• Previous experience in a manufacturing or services environment preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Advanced knowledge of US labor laws and employment practices.


• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships across various functions, cultures and teams to positively influence leaders and employees.


• Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Spanish and/or ASL is a plus.
