Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Staffing: forecast hiring needs, define roles with team leaders, oversee full-cycle recruiting and onboarding/offboarding.
• Employee Relations & Culture: resolve conflicts, liaise between staff and leadership, drive retention through engagement and wellness programs.
• Performance & Development: manage performance reviews, identify skill gaps, coordinate training and leadership programs.
• Compensation & Benefits: benchmark salaries, administer health and retirement benefits, coordinate with payroll.
• Compliance & Risk: enforce federal/state/local labor regulations, maintain handbook and safety policies, manage records and filings.
• Strategy & HR Systems: track turnover and time-to-hire metrics, manage HRIS and recruitment platforms, support organizational change.

• Talent Acquisition & Staffing
  • Forecast hiring needs and define job roles with team leaders.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and offer negotiations.
  • Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Employee Relations & Culture
  • Resolve workplace conflicts, grievances, and conduct investigations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between staff and leadership.
  • Drive retention through engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Performance & Development
  • Manage performance review cycles and improvement plans (PIPs).
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate staff training and leadership programs.
• Compensation & Benefits
  • Benchmark salaries to maintain competitive, equitable pay.
  • Administer health, retirement, leave, and wellness benefits.
  • Partner with payroll to ensure timely, accurate compensation.
