Job summary
Ares Management seeks an Associate, Legal Transformation & Operations to drive strategic and operational initiatives across the Legal Strategy and Innovation function. You will own workstreams, coordinate with the Head of LSI, and lead efforts in transformation, workflow modernization, data analytics, AI enablement, vendor management, and department-wide initiatives.

- 3–6 years in management consulting, strategy or business operations.
- Ability to independently own workstreams and manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; synthesize complex information.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive discrete workstreams across LSI and Legal.
- Develop project plans, milestones, risks and follow-ups.
- Structure problems, perform analysis and recommendations.
- Prepare decision-ready materials and updates.
- Coordinate stakeholders, testing, training and implementation.
- Identify risks and drive issues to resolution.
