NVIDIA is seeking an HR M&A Integration Specialist to partner with our HR M&A lead across all phases of the deal lifecycle—from due diligence through post-close integration.

You will drive HR workstreams, map roles and compensation, analyze base pay and equity, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, and HR partners to ensure consistent decisions and smooth onboarding for acquired employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience with compensation and project management exposure.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple workstreams and tight timelines.
• Data-driven with ability to track and report on HR integration metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR workstream management across active deals and keep cross-functional partners aligned.
• Maintain deal tracking tools and dashboards for real-time HR integration progress.
• Support job mapping and leveling for acquired employees with HRBPs.
• Evaluate target companies' compensation structures, including base pay, variable pay, and equity.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR to align compensation decisions across the deal lifecycle.
• Track post-close compensation matters and ensure timely execution.
• Support onboarding and day-one readiness for acquired employees.
• Evolve the HR M&A Playbook and related resources for consistency.
• Flex into broader HR projects during lower deal volume periods.
