Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years experience in HR, labor relations, employee relations, or related people support.
• Knowledge of employment law and labor relations concepts.
• Ability to handle confidential information and advise leaders.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise plant leadership on HR, labor relations, employee relations, performance management, and workforce matters.
• Partner with union representatives to administer the collective bargaining agreement.
• Interpret and apply policies, labor agreements, and HR processes.
• Lead or support grievance resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, and attendance matters.
• Provide coaching on performance, engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
