Legacy Lifecare, Inc. is seeking an HR Liaison to serve as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding HR questions, processes, and policies. The role involves maintaining accurate employee records, HRIS updates, and reporting.

You will collaborate with managers and the HR team to address concerns, facilitate communication, and ensure timely follow-up on HR matters. The position supports a positive employee experience through various HR projects and daily activities.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, healthcare administration, or a related field; experience in a healthcare or senior living environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment documentation, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and preferably ADP, with a willingness to learn and grow within the Human Resources field.
