Job summary

Legacy Lifecare seeks an HR Liaison in Newton Upper Falls, MA. This full-time role is 30 hours/week, 9:30AM–4:00PM, and pays $20.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience.

You will be the primary contact for employees and managers, maintain records, assist with HRIS updates, and support HR projects to enhance the employee experience. 1–3 years HR/healthcare admin experience preferred; strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Delivering Solutions that Matter

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions, processes, and policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HRIS updates, personnel documentation, and reporting.
• Partner with managers and the HR team to address employee concerns, facilitate communication, and ensure timely follow-up on HR matters.
• Assist with HR projects, and other day-to-day activities that support a positive employee experience.

Qualifications for Success

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, healthcare administration, or a related field; experience in a healthcare or senior living environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment documentation, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and preferably ADP, with a willingness to learn and grow within the Human Resources field.
