Job summary

Legacy Lifecare in Peabody, MA seeks an HR Liaison to serve as a primary contact for HR questions and policies. The role supports HRIS updates, documentation, and reporting, while partnering with managers to address employee concerns in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Based on experience, this full-time position offers 30 hours per week with a schedule from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. A strong candidate will have 1–3 years in HR or healthcare administration and proficient Microsoft Office/ADP usage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR questions and policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HRIS updates and reporting.
• Partner with managers and HR team to address employee concerns and ensure follow-up on HR matters.
• Assist with HR projects and day-to-day activities supporting a positive employee experience.
