Legacy Lifecare in Massachusetts is seeking an HR Liaison to serve as a primary contact for employees and managers, handling HR questions, records, and policies. The role is full-time, 30 hours per week, with hours 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Applicants should have 1–3 years HR experience in healthcare or senior living, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ADP. Salary is $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Healthcare or senior living environment experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and preferably ADP; willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions, processes, and policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HRIS updates, personnel documentation, and reporting.
• Partner with managers and the HR team to address employee concerns, facilitate communication, and ensure timely follow-up on HR matters.
• Assist with HR projects, and other day-to-day activities that support a positive employee experience.
