Legacy Lifecare is seeking an HR Liaison to serve as the primary contact for employees and managers on HR questions and policies. The role includes maintaining employee records, assisting with HRIS updates, and supporting day-to-day HR activities in a healthcare setting.

The position is full-time, 30 hours per week, 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with a pay range of $20.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience. Comprehensive benefits and an inclusive workplace are offered.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, healthcare administration, or a related field; healthcare or senior living environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment documentation, with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and interdisciplinary teams.

Mansioni

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions, processes, and policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HRIS updates, personnel documentation, and reporting.
• Partner with managers and the HR team to address employee concerns, facilitate communication, and ensure timely follow-up on HR matters.
• Assist with HR projects, and other day-to-day activities that support a positive employee experience.
