Job summary

Hermès in New York City is offering an in-person internship within our Talent Development team. You will help create training materials for Hermès US retail teams and assist logistics for both virtual and in-person sessions, including travel, catering, and event setup.

You will provide on-site support at boutique locations, share product knowledge with teams, and collaborate with mentors to develop professional skills in organizational learning and development.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Associates or Bachelors degree in your junior or senior year.
• Interested in a career in organizational learning & development, or human resources.
• Teachable and an all-round team player.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Creative, with strong written communication skills.
• Regular in-person work at a Company-designated work location is an essential function of this position.

Responsibilities

• Partner on the creation of instructionally sound training materials for Hermès US retail teams.
• Support with the logistics for virtual and in-person training, including tracking budget, booking participant travel, ordering catering, setup and breakdown of training events.
• Provide on-site, in-boutique support for training, enhancing employee experience.
• Assist with communicating product knowledge information regularly with boutique teams.
