Hermès of Paris, Inc. in New York City is seeking an organized intern to support the Talent Development team. You will help create training materials for Hermès US retail teams and coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person sessions.

You’ll gain real-world experience in organizational learning, with mentorship, guest speakers, and a capstone project as part of Generation H. This full-time five-month internship requires in-person availability at our corporate office.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in an Associates or Bachelors degree in your junior or senior year.
• Interested in a career in organizational learning & development, or human resources.
• Regular in-person work at a Company-designated work location is an essential function of this position.

Aufgaben

• Partner on the creation of instructionally sound training materials for Hermès US retail teams.
• Support with the logistics for virtual and in-person training, including tracking budget, booking participant travel, ordering catering, setup and breakdown of training events, etc.
• Provide on-site, in-boutique support for training, enhancing employee experience.
• Assist with communicating product knowledge information regularly with boutique teams.
