Job summary

Hermès in New York is offering a Generation H internship within the Talent Development team. You will work on internal communications, editorial content, and event support while gaining real-world exposure across corporate, retail, and service center teams.

The program runs January 11, 2027 through June 28, 2027 and is in-person at the Hermès US HQ in NYC. Internship is paid at $20/hour with 37.5 hours/week for full-time or >15 and <35 hours/week for part-time, during five months.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in your junior/senior year.
• Interest in human resources, internal communications, or special events.
• Value diverse perspectives and cultures and seek to empower these perspectives.
• Creative with strong written communication skills.
• Teachable and an all-round team player.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Technologically competent and proficient in Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner on internal announcements and narrative editorials for intranet and digital signage.
• Maintain local intranet site/app content with publishing and updates.
• Support planning and execution of internal employee events, including invites, catering, decor and setup.
• Assist with internal recognition programs including anniversary and digital boards.
