Job summary

Pentair invites ambitious students to join a 12-week Leadership Development Internship Program. You will work on real-world, strategic HR projects, guided by Pentair leaders who are invested in your growth, and participate in a formal mentorship program.

During residency in Minnesota, you will network with senior HR leaders, engage in development sessions, and gain hands-on experience across Talent, L&D, and Culture with the potential for a full-time opportunity after graduation.

Qualifications

• Be pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management/Development or MBA from an accredited university.
• Be enrolled as a first year Graduate student.
• Have a strong interest in pursuing the Human Resources Leadership Development Program which will require at least one relocation over the three year program in locations throughout the United States upon graduation.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work on real-world, strategic HR projects during the internship.
• Participate in mentorship and development sessions with HR leaders.
• Present project objectives, processes, and results to leadership at internship end.
• Relocate if required for program residency and future roles.
