Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s Degree in HR/IR, Business, or MBA.
• Enrollment as a first-year graduate student is required.
• Relocation may be required during the program.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real-world HR projects as part of the Leadership Development Internship.
• Present project objectives, processes, and results to leadership at internship end.
• Engage in mentorship, cohort development, and networking with leaders.
