Job summary

Pentair's Leadership Development Internship Program invites ambitious students to gain hands-on experience and develop leadership skills during a 12-week summer internship. You will work on a real-world strategic project, receive mentorship, and participate in networking, speaker sessions, and a team case competition.

You'll present outcomes to Pentair leaders at the end and may be considered for future full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Junior undergraduate with Spring 2028 graduation preference.
• Interest in Pentair’s leadership development program after graduation.
• Willingness to relocate within the United States for the program.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a real-world, strategic business project and present outcomes to leadership at program end.
• Engage in mentorship, networking opportunities, and intern-focused programming.
• Collaborate with professionals across Pentair and develop leadership and collaboration skills.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Management), Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or related field

Junior undergraduate (Preferred Graduation Date: Spring 2028)

Strong interest in Pentair’s Product Management Leadership Development Program

Willing to relocate across the United States
