Job summary

Pentair invites students to join its Leadership Development Internship Program for a 12-week summer experience designed to develop leadership, deliver meaningful work, and grow professionally through hands-on projects and mentorship.

Interns are assigned to real-world strategic projects, present outcomes to senior leaders, and participate in cohort development, networking events, and a final showcase that may lead to full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited university.
• Enrolled as a junior undergraduate (Preferred Graduation Date: Spring 2028).
• Willing to relocate and work in locations throughout the United States while in Pentair's Leadership Development Program.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work on a real-world strategic project and contribute to meaningful work during the internship.
• Receive mentorship, networking opportunities, and participate in internship programming.
• Present project objectives, processes, and results to leadership at the end of the program.
