Travelers is offering an HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) internship in Hartford, CT and St. Paul, MN. You will engage in a structured HR curriculum with mentorship, challenging projects and exposure to senior HR leaders.

Ideal candidates will have a 3.0+ GPA and be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Housing subsidies are available for interns living beyond commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Provide project-based work within HR functions such as compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and analytics.
