Job summary

Travelers invites HR students to join the HR Leadership Development Program internship, based in Hartford, CT and St. Paul, MN, with mentorship and project-based experience across HR domains including Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.

Ideal candidates will have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or a related field, with basic HR concepts knowledge.

Qualifications

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater preferred.
• Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic Human Resources concepts and practices.

Responsibilities

• The internship offers a Human Resources and business development curriculum with alignment to areas including Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Analytics, and HR Operations.
• You will be provided with meaningful, project-based work assignments with defined deliverables, while gaining exposure to HR Senior Leaders and current interns.
