Job summary

Pentair plc is offering a 12-week Leadership Development Internship Program in the United States. Interns work about 40 hours per week at an hourly rate of $28. The program includes hands-on projects, mentorship, and executive sessions to accelerate professional growth.

Two start dates are available, with potential relocation support and exposure to leadership across Pentair. Interns will present their results to senior leaders at the end of the program and may be considered for future full-time

Qualifications

Be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Management), Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or related field from an accredited university.
Be enrolled as a junior undergraduate (Preferred Graduation Date: Spring 2028).
Have a strong interest in pursuing Pentair’s full‑time Product Management Leadership Development Program upon graduation.

Responsibilities

Contribute to a real‑world, strategic business project during the summer internship.
Present project objectives, processes, and results to leadership at program end.
Collaborate with mentors and professionals to develop skills and expand your network.
