The Art Academy of Cincinnati is seeking a Human Resources Officer to lead HR programs and activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance. You will report to the VP of Administration and Finance and collaborate with faculty and staff.

The role requires strong communication, policy knowledge, and the ability to manage HRIS systems and payroll, ensuring accurate records and timely processes across the campus.

Formación

• Leads recruiting, hiring and onboarding of all new hires.
• Posts jobs on hiring portals and diversity sites.
• Manages onboarding materials and communicates benefits to new hires.
• Ensures job descriptions are compliant with regulations.
• Administers performance evaluations and supports compensation discussions.
• Manages payroll and timekeeping in HRIS systems.
• Maintains faculty and staff personnel files and records.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment lifecycle from posting to interviews and offers.
• Coordinate onboarding processes with hiring managers and departments.
• Educate employees on benefits, HRIS, and company policies.
• Administer benefits enrollment and open enrollment periods.
• Support payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Prepare and maintain HR data for surveys and reports.
• Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
