Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Lead to serve as the strategic hiring advisor for designated business units. You will drive workforce planning, talent strategy, executive hiring, and organizational growth across a global scale.

You will provide market intelligence, influence decisions, and help leaders build high-performing teams while delivering hires with a focus on data-driven decisions and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 6+ years of recruitment experience.
• Proven track record hiring for technical, business, leadership or specialist roles in fast-paced settings.
• Experience in technology, fintech, digital platforms, financial services or crypto preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and partner with hiring managers and leaders.
• Sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence and executive hiring expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple searches across global teams and time zones.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, business, leadership and specialist roles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent globally.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and timely hiring outcomes.
