Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR issues to management and coordinate staffing with the DC Manager.
• Oversee performance management, payroll backup, and benefits administration.
• Handle employee relations, EEOC issues, and training initiatives.
• Maintain I-9 forms, HR records, and data reporting; ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Coordinate safety programs and incident reporting; support training initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze outcomes for improvements.
