Job summary

Accurate Personnel seeks a Senior Distribution Center Manager to lead day-to-day DC operations in California, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals while overseeing Maintenance, HR, Inventory, Quality and Safety. This 24/7 role requires weekend availability and manages a broad multi-department team.

The candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of related experience, with Spanish language skills a plus. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $95,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience leading large teams in a distribution/warehouse setting preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; strong communication and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plan the layout of warehouse and storage areas.
• Manage financial reporting for the warehouse.
• Design, create, and implement production planning for the warehouse.
• Advise staff on care and handling of items and equipment.
• Analyze records and recommend corrective actions for stock.
• Review records for accuracy and stock levels.
• Schedule work for inventories and audits.
• Trace item histories and resolve discrepancies.
• Establish procedures, schedules, and workflow.
• Issue instructions and assign duties while ensuring policy conformance.
• Maintain harmonious work environment and resolve grievances.
