Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking a Human Resources Manager to provide comprehensive HR support in a busy Distribution Center environment. You will oversee employee relations, compliance, performance management, staffing, onboarding, training, and HR team supervision to maintain a positive workplace.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 6+ years of HR Generalist/leadership experience, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on HR Generalist and leadership experience.
• Experience in a Distribution Center, Warehouse, or Manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred with professional proficiency.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and Workers' Compensation.
• Ability to lead a diverse workforce and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR advisor to management and employees on personnel matters and workplace concerns.
• Build strong employer-employee relationships and promote morale and communication.
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints and EEOC charges.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and training programs.
• Partner with DC Manager on direct-hire staffing strategy and workforce planning.
• Oversee on-site temporary staffing agencies and ensure policy adherence.
• Manage new employee orientation and training programs.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and manage I-9 records.
• Assist with Open Enrollment and respond to benefit questions.
• Provide backup support for payroll processing and HRIS data maintenance.
• Facilitate HR and workplace training sessions.
