• Experience with Human Resources, Time and Labor, and Benefits applications.
• Considerable knowledge of management principles and IT methods; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze IT system problems and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage business and functional support teams delivering HR services within Core-CT.
• Oversee day-to-day coordination of the HCM service delivery team.
• Set system and business priorities for HR modules and work with technical services to ensure reliability and data accuracy.
