Job summary

Fluor Constructors is seeking an HR/IR technician to perform intermediate, tacit administrative tasks in support of the Human Resources team. The role involves maintaining employee records, updating HRIS data, generating reports, and processing HR documents.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of four years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain employee and/or contractor records (electronic and hard copy files)
• Maintain and update information in databases and HRIS
• Assist higher level staff in the preparation of ad hoc statistical summaries and reports from HRIS
• Develop and maintain understanding of company HR standards, policies, programs, and goals
• Administer and process HR documents
• Prepare invoices/remittances for payment; reconcile invoices
• Other duties as assigned
