Fluor Constructors is seeking an HR/IR Technician to maintain employee and contractor records, update HRIS data, and support HR professionals with reporting and document administration. You will process HR documents, reconcile invoices, and assist with ad hoc analyses in a collaborative, compliant environment.

The role emphasizes discretion with confidential information and attention to detail, supporting a broad range of HR functions while coordinating with management, vendors, and colleagues

Formación

• 4 years of HR or training experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Proficient computer skills: word processing, email, spreadsheets, presentations.

The position may act as the lead HR/IR technician in an office or department.• Create and maintain employee and/or contractor records (electronic and hard copy files)• Maintain and update information in databases and Human Resource information system (HRIS)• Assist higher level staff in the preparation of most complex ad hoc statistical summaries and reports from HRIS, as requested• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Company specific Human Resource standards, policies, programs, and goals by applying procedures as established by the Company or local department• Administer and process HR documents• Prepare invoices/remittances for payment; reconcile invoices• Other duties as assignedBasic Job Requirements• A combination of education and directly related experience equal to four (4) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective mannerOther Job RequirementsPreferred Qualifications• Four (4) years of experience in HR or Training• May have experience working within one or more HR function(s) or HR support role• Demonstrated ability to be discreet with confidential company and employee information• Proficient computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, electronic presentationsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
