Job summary

Toyota’s HR Investigations Analyst will build and deploy HR Investigations curriculum, coordinate training content, and support audit protocols. Based in Plano, TX, you will work with subject matter experts to plan and deploy training across quarterly cycles, creating materials, scripts, QRGs, and updates to ensure clear, sequenced delivery.

The role requires an Associate degree or higher and 2+ years in HR, with project management, training delivery, and auditing experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree (or higher), or equivalent and relevant professional experience.
• 2+ years of human resource experience
• Experience with: Project management or schedule management
• Project status tracking and visualization
• Training management and delivery
• Auditing and reporting
• Extensive use of/proficiency with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Added bonus if you have HR investigations experience
• Training platform experience, such as Cornerstone
• Toyota Business Practices (TBP)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Responsibilities

• Develop training schedule and ensure delivery of HR Investigations curriculum and reference tools
• Ensure trainer and material readiness
• Actively engage training participants for preparation, troubleshooting, and feedback
• Support and improve audit protocols
• Manage investigator knowledge articles (articles, content, and refresh schedule)
