Job summary

You will collaborate with Legal, IT, Quality, EHS, HR and outside counsel to ensure objective investigations, balancing fairness, compliance and business priorities. Strong interview and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior investigations in multinational settings preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage investigations across functions for the Houston site.
• Draft investigation reports, talking points, and corrective action guidance.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, Quality, EHS, HR and outside counsel for objective investigations.
• Balance fairness, legal compliance, and business priorities.
• Conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Document findings and maintain accurate records for reporting.
• Analyze investigation data with HR to identify trends and risks.
