Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work 35–40 hours per week in a part-time internship.

Responsibilities

• Gains exposure to business leaders across Sales Operations, Customer Management, Warehouse, Product Supply Planning, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing.
• Performs day-to-day responsibilities in the assigned role to gain experience and aid in project work.
• Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business projects and objectives.
• Prepares and presents project work/recommendations to business leaders at program conclusion.
• Participates in instructor-led and online learning and leadership development workshops.
