Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated invites students to join a seasonal Applied Learning Internship Program in Charlotte. This part-time, paid role offers on-the-job learning, exposure to Sales Operations, Customer Management, Warehouse, and more, plus leadership workshops and site visits.

Most interns may convert to full-time based on performance and business needs. Average weekly hours are 35–40; program runs May 17, 2027 to July 23, 2027, with structured onboarding and skill development

Qualifications

• High school diploma required for program participation.
• Currently enrolled rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Related experience is a plus for internship placement.

Responsibilities

• Gains exposure to leaders across Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, and Marketing.
• Performs day-to-day duties in assigned role and supports project work.
• Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis to support projects.
• Prepares and presents project recommendations to leaders.
• Participates in leadership development workshops and field experiences.
