Qualifications

• Currently enrolled rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing an undergraduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to business leaders across functions such as Sales Operations, Customer Management, Warehouse, Product Supply Planning, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing.
• Perform day-to-day responsibilities in assigned role to gain experience, develop business acumen, and aid in project work/recommendations.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis in the assigned functional area to support business projects and objectives.
• Prepare and present project work/recommendations to business leaders at conclusion of program.
• Participate in instructor-led and online learning, intern leadership development workshops, and off-site customer field experiences.
