Interns work on function-specific projects with guidance from managers, participate in leadership workshops, and may transition to full-time roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Currently enrolled rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Gains exposure to business leaders across functions such as Sales Operations, Customer Management, Warehouse, Product Supply Planning, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing.
• Performs day-to-day responsibilities in assigned role to gain experience and aid in project work.
• Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business projects and objectives.
• Prepares and presents project work to business leaders at program conclusion.
• Participates in leadership development workshops and off-site experiences.
