Interns gain exposure to business leaders, participate in real projects, and may convert to full-time after graduation based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Currently enrolled as a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Prefer related experience to CPGB/beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Gains exposure to functions such as Sales Operations, Customer Management, Warehouse, and Finance.
• Performs day-to-day duties in the assigned role to gain experience and support projects.
• Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis to aid in project recommendations.
• Prepares and presents project work to business leaders at program end.
• Participates in leadership development workshops and field experiences.
