Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is offering an Applied Learning Internship in Charlotte. The program provides on-the-job experiential learning, exposure to business leaders, and formal educational opportunities in the CPGB industry.

Interns work 35–40 hours per week in a part-time paid role with potential to convert to full-time based on performance and business needs. Paid training and cohort-based leadership development are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required and must be pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Currently enrolled as a rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior pursuing an undergraduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Gains exposure to business leaders across multiple functions including Sales Operations, Customer Management, Warehouse and Finance.
• Performs day-to-day responsibilities in the assigned role to gain experience and aid in project work.
• Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business projects and objectives.
• Prepares and presents project work/recommendations to business leaders at program conclusion.
• Participates in instructor-led and online learning, leadership workshops, and field experiences.
