Responsibilities

• Schedule and assist in the preparation and coordination of local training initiatives.
• Support the Senior HR Services Partner in facilitating employee events, engagement activities, and committee meetings.
• Assist the Sr. Benefits and Payroll Administrator with wellness initiatives and employee wellbeing programs.
• Support benefits reporting and related administrative processes.
• Assist with HRIS audits and data integrity reviews.
• Assist with benefits administration projects and compliance‑related audits.
• Assist with recruiting administration, including candidate communications and sending rejection notices through ATS.
• Support hiring managers by providing job posting links and interview guides.
• Maintain ATS records, including closing and archiving requisitions.
• Support onboarding activities by entering new hires into recognition and training platforms.
• Provide administrative support for various HR initiatives and special projects.
• Support the HR Department with additional duties and projects as assigned.
