Job summary

Textron Systems in Hunt Valley, MD offers a 2027 Intern - Human Resources internship. This paid, 10-week program provides hands-on work on real HR projects across centers of excellence including talent acquisition, development, and total rewards.

You will participate in meetings and processes, collaborate in a team, and report on your experience at the end of the internship, gaining practical HR experience and professional mentorship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, using Microsoft suite applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Can work independently, learn new tasks, identify and solve problems, meets deadlines and show a strong self-motivation and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Human Resources team with ongoing and/or new projects.
• Assigned projects will support one or more HR center of excellence areas (talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards or HR operations) or with HR business partner work.
• Being involved in related business, meetings, and processes.
• Reporting on your experience at the completion of the intern assignment.
