Job summary

Textron offers a 10-week, paid summer internship in Human Resources at Hunt Valley, MD. Interns will gain hands-on experience, work on real HR projects, and receive mentorship while contributing to talent acquisition, development, and HR operations.

You will collaborate with HR professionals, report on your progress at the end of the program, and may have access to flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Human Resources team with ongoing and/or new projects.
• Projects may support talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, or HR operations.
• Participate in meetings and related HR processes.
• Report on your experience at the end of the internship.
