Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be currently enrolled in college, pursuing HR/Communications/BusinessAdmin or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be computer literate – working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Must be well organized, accurate and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Review and update company job descriptions.
• Assist HR Generalist with monthly employee newsletter.
• Update all bulletin boards.
• Conduct annual employee vision screenings.
• Assist with yearly Fire and Tornado Drills.
• Take photos of company events as needed.
• Help with company events like picnics and cookouts.
• Assist Recruiter with dispositioning applicants.
• Learn HR policies/benefits to respond to internal staff inquiries.
• Attend weekly department meetings.
• Assist with other related duties as required.
